New Indoor Golf Center Opens in Little Ferry, NJ
LITTLE FERRY, NJ, November 15, 2022 – Golfzon Leadbetter, the leaders in golf instruction and simulator technology will be offering golfers free access to train at its first high-tech indoor golf training center in the US. Opening on November 18, 2022 in Little Ferry, New Jersey, close to New York City.
Golfzon Range is a brand-new concept in indoor training offering a blend of self-learning, live instruction, and unrestricted range time for golfers of all levels. By blending Golfzon’s advanced simulator technology and Leadbetter’s world-renowned golf instruction, Golfzon Range will allow current and new golfers to learn golf faster.
“We’re on a mission to make it faster to learn golf. Golfzon Range will be the equivalent of a gym for golf – a dedicated place to train your golf swing so that you can have more fun and success when playing on the course. We’ve taught golfers of every ability all over the world but always at a golf course. Now we can take that same knowledge and use Golfzon technology to offer it in more convenient locations. This is the future of how the golf swing will be taught.” says Ben Riches, CEO Golfzon Leadbetter.
Golfzon Range will be equipped with 22 Golfzon Driving Range (GDR) simulators designed specifically for individual practice, private lessons, and group classes. Golfers will be able to learn and perfect every shot in the game including from sloping lies using Golfzon’s patented moving swing plates. With Leadbetter instruction on hand and instant feedback from cameras and shot data, golfers will have fewer barriers to learning golf and making swing changes permanent. Golfzon Range also features an interactive sloping putting green from PuttView to teach putting.
“Training at a Golfzon Range will be the most effective way to learn golf. Our research shows that golfers learn the golf swing faster indoors than at an outdoor range or on a course. A purpose-built indoor golf training center like this will allow golfers to improve more quickly and that’s what golf needs to continue to grow as a sport.” says David Leadbetter.
Golfzon has 7,300 simulator golf sites around the world, including a successful network of indoor golf training centers in Korea using GDR technology. Golfzon Range will offer memberships for training and lessons, with all training fees waived for the first month after opening.
“Golfzon is committed to supporting the growth of golf around the world. We’ve seen how indoor golf has expanded the game in Korea and we believe our training and entertainment facilities will open the door to more people enjoying the game of golf in the US.” Tommy Lim, CEO Golfzon America.
